What is Colo Practice?
Colo Practice is the first in Kore practice management software. It is designed to help you automate the business part of your private practice and provide your clients with high quality service.
Key features include Online Form, Client Portal, telehealth, reminders and many others. All features are available on mobile and desktop.
Who is Colo Practice made for?
It is made for independent practitioners how provide consulting and other services online or offline to allow them to get rid of routine and focus on the most important things.
How to get started?
To get started please press the button “Start for free”.
After successful authorization the wizard will be started to help you with the initial system setup.
How do I contact the support team?
Any moment you can send us your question via contact form (section “Help”) or via email: support@colos.kr.

What is Online Form?
It is your personal mini website for your clients or prospective clients to be able to send you appointment requests. You can allow or decline each request.
What is widget?
It's a mini program which integrates Online Form into your website. All you need is to add the line of code to your website source code.
What is Client Portal?
It is your personal portal for your clients to streamline workflow. There are upcoming and past appointments, your policies and questionaries here. Also, your clients can send appointment requests via this portal.
How can a client sign in to your Client Portal?
You can send your client a generated email with pasted magic link for passwordless authorization. Or you client can authorize by himself by providing email – email will be sent automatically.
We'd like to draw your attention to the fact that client will be able to authorize himself only with email that he previously provided in the Online Form or with email provided by you in “new client” form.
What is Telehealth?
Telehealth is a secure service for video appointments. It's integrated into both your Colo Practice profile and Client Portal – for your clients.
Telehealth available as a part of “Premium” plan or as an addon.
What is Secret Chat?
It's a secure service for chat appointments. It's integrated into both your Colo Practice profile and Client Portal – for your clients.

Browsers and Devices
Which device can I use?
Colo Practice consists of a set of web applications. It means that you can use any device that has an integrated browser: computer, laptop, tablet and smartphone.
You can use multiple devices at once – all data will be synchronized between all your devices.
Though it's important to mention that not all browsers support any feature.
What browser should I use?
In general, we recommend using the latest version of Chrome browser as it supports 100% features.
Anyway, you can use your favorite browser bearing in mind that it may not be able to support all features.
Can I download your mobile app from Play Market or App Store?
Currently we don't use mentioned platforms as our distribution channels.
Though you can download Colo Practice right from the internet. To save our app you shall press button “Save to home screen” (or similar) in the browser menu. After that the application will be displayed on your home screen.
To use it you might need to sign in one more time.
Does my browser support Telehealth?
All modern browsers support Telehealth: Chrome (from v.23), Edge (from v.79), Safari (from v.11), Firefox (from v.22), Opera (from v.18), Chrome for Android (from v.116), Safari on iOS (from v.11), Samsung Internet (from v.4), Opera Mobile (from v.73), Android Browser (from v.116), Firefox for Android (from v.116), QQ Browser (from v.13.1), Baidu Browser (from v.13.18), KaiOS Browser (from v. 3.1).
Older browsers don't support this feature: Internet Explorer и Opera Mini.
Does my browser support screenshare feature?
Modern browsers for desktop devices support this feature: Chrome (from v.23), Edge (from v.79), Safari (from v.13), Firefox (from v.66), Opera (from v.60).
Browsers for mobile devices and older browsers don't support this feature: Internet Explorer, Chrome for Android, Safari on iOS, Samsung Internet, Opera Mobile, Android Browser, Firefox for Android.
Important: You cannot capture a minimized window; you must restore it first.
